About the Authors
Michael Lam, MD, MPH, ABAAM is a specialist in Preventive and Anti-Aging
Medicine. He is currently the Director of Medical Education at the Academy of
Anti-Aging Research, U.S.A. He is a graduate of Loma Linda University School
of Medicine, California. He also holds a Masters of Public Health degree and
Board Certification by the American Board of Anti-Aging Medicine. Dr. Lam pioneered
the discovery of the three clinical phases of aging as well as the concept of
diagnosis and treatment of sub-clinical age related degenerative diseases to
deter the aging process. Dr. Lam has been published extensively in nutrition
and anti-aging medicine. He is the author of The Five Proven Secrets to Longevity,
Anti-Aging Strategies - Insider’s Guide and Prescription to Living Longer.
He also serves as editor of the Journal of Anti-Aging Research.
Maria Sulindro, MD, ABAAM has been actively practicing Anti-Aging Medicine
for over a decade and is the Medical Director of the Anti-Aging Center in Pasadena,
California. She completed her Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation residency
program at the University of California at Los Angeles in 1987. Her anti-aging
program is world-renowned. She is Board Certified by the American Board of Anti-Aging
Medicine and is a Diplomat of the American College for the Advancement of Medicine.
Dr. Sulindro is the co-author of The Five Proven Secrets to Longevity.
She is the also founder and past president of the Academy of Anti-Aging Research,
a professional organization offering Fellowship Programs with certified continuing
medical education awards to health professionals around the world (more information

Dorine Tan, RD, MS, MPH, ABAAHP is a Registered Clinical Dietician,
specializing in the research and development of dietary protocol in an anti-aging
setting. She received her bachelor’s degree in Dietetics and Nutrition, a Masters
of Science in Nutrition, and a Masters of Public Health from Loma Linda University,
California. Ms. Tan is also Board Certified by the American Board of Anti-Aging
Health Practitioners.
