Gallbladder Prevention Diet

  1. Avoid any foods that are from animal or animal-based foods.
  2. Increase your fiber intake.
  3. Drink 10-12 glasses of water per day if you suffer from gall stones. This will aid with the flushing.
  4. Do not avoid all fats unless you are in attack or close to attack mode. Fat-free and low-fat diets, as well as too much of the wrong fats can be a cause for gallbladder problems.
  5. Fresh vegetable juice with beet, cucumber and green vegetables (tender baby greens, dandelion, swiss chard, beet greens, celery and carrots. Avoid the cabbage family)
  6. Avoid high fats (saturated and transfats) and high sugar food.
  7. Use organic products
  8. Do not overeat
  9. Do not eat under stress
  10. Eat only fresh food - no processed or packaged food
  11. Use as much organic as possible
